This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical potential of artificial intelligence and digital tools in the development of inclusive education. In the context of globalization and rapid digital transformation, modern education systems are required to ensure equal and high-quality learning opportunities for all learners, including individuals with special educational needs. Inclusive education plays a crucial role in addressing this challenge, while artificial intelligence technologies serve as a key driver in enhancing its effectiveness. The paper explores the application of AI-based adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring technologies, automated assessment mechanisms, speech recognition and synthesis tools, as well as data-driven educational platforms within inclusive learning environments. Artificial intelligence enables the personalization of educational content by analyzing learners’ performance, learning pace, and cognitive characteristics, thereby supporting individualized learning pathways. This approach is particularly beneficial for learners with physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments, as it facilitates the creation of accessible and flexible learning environments. Moreover, the use of digital tools such as distance learning platforms, multimedia resources, and interactive content significantly expands access to education and promotes social equity. The study also examines potential challenges associated with the integration of artificial intelligence into education, including data security concerns, ethical considerations, and the need for pedagogical adaptation. The findings suggest that the systematic and responsible implementation of artificial intelligence and digital technologies can substantially improve the quality, accessibility, and sustainability of inclusive education. Ultimately, the article concludes that AI-driven solutions contribute to the development of a learner-centered, inclusive, and technologically advanced educational ecosystem.Downloads
