Abstract

This article discusses the importance of color studies in fine arts, the physiological and psychological features of colors, their role in composition, and the main theoretical concepts of color. The role of color in revealing the content of an image, additive and subtractive color systems, the effect of warm and cool colors, and the significance of color harmony in the creation of an artwork are explained on a scientific basis. The article also analyzes the application of color harmony, complementary colors, and spectral colors in artistic creativity.
