Abstract

This study focuses on improving the statistical assessment of demographic security indicators. As demographic processes become increasingly dynamic - shaped by fertility decline, mortality changes, and migration movements - there is a growing need for more accurate and integrated statistical tools. The research highlights the importance of refining indicator systems, developing composite measures, and applying modern analytical methods to identify demographic risks and ensure population stability. Strengthened statistical assessment enables policymakers to anticipate threats and support long-term socio-economic resilience.
