This research study is devoted to the examination of stress experienced by students of higher education institutions during the learning process. The article provides a comparative analysis of the different approaches of male and female students to stressful situations, the extent to which they utilize their emotional and cognitive resources, and the effectiveness of their coping mechanisms. The findings of the study contribute to a deeper understanding of student psychology and serve to improve systems of individualized psychological support for students.Downloads
