Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological aspects of the mechanisms of teacher’s self-awareness and professional growth in the process of professional identification. It highlights the impact of the teacher’s professional self-awareness process, professional reflection, motivation and continuous self-development on educational effectiveness. It also reveals the relationship between professional identification and professional growth, and substantiates important factors for the development of the teacher’s personality in modern educational conditions.
