Abstract

Emergency forecasting is the result of creative research and involves collecting information about the future state of a particular object, event, or process. Forecasting emergencies means predicting the probability of their occurrence and development based on the analysis of the causes that may lead to an emergency, as well as studying its past and present sources. Monitoring data serve as the basis for emergency forecasting.
