This article covers the issues of improving the methodology of using three-dimensional graphic models in the process of preparing students studying in higher education institutions for constructive activity. The role and importance of 3D modeling in the formation of spatial imagination and constructive competences of future specialists in the conditions of modern digital technology development are analyzed. The article describes the didactic possibilities of integrating computer graphics tools into the teaching methodology of traditional descriptive geometry and engineering graphics, as well as the system of interactive methods and tools that increase the level of students’ readiness for constructive activity.Downloads
