Abstract

Enhancing human potential in regions is crucial for ensuring economic and social stability. The article focuses on the need for equal development of human resources across regions and the development of strategies aimed at effectively utilizing human resources, improving skills in various fields, and simultaneously ensuring the overall well-being of society. The article utilizes descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis, which demonstrate the increase in human potential through the development of education, healthcare, job creation, and innovation in the industrial sector. Based on these findings, scientific and practical recommendations for the effective management of resources in the economic development of regions and the industrial sector have been developed.
