Abstract

This study examines the social participation of persons with disabilities in the context of New Uzbekistan, integrating philosophical foundations of social inclusion and analyzing practical institutional measures. Drawing on statistical data and policy documents, it explores barriers and opportunities for active engagement in socio-cultural life. The research underlines the importance of inclusive governance concepts, human rights frameworks, and social support mechanisms for enhancing participation. Key findings highlight positive progress in legal protections and persistent gaps in accessibility and inclusion outcomes.
