Abstract

This thesis provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role and importance of innovative pedagogical technologies in the training of future special educators and their potential for increasing educational efficiency. It also highlights the mechanisms for developing the professional competence of special educators through modern educational technologies - interactive methods, digital platforms, differential and individual approaches. The study substantiates the issues of increasing the efficiency of working with children with special needs, optimizing the pedagogical process and bringing the quality of education to a new level through the use of innovative technologies.
