This thesis examines the role of teachers’ self-confidence as a key factor in the effectiveness of professional activity. The study demonstrates that teachers with a high level of self-confidence are more effective in organizing the learning process, establishing productive communication with students, and solving pedagogical challenges. Furthermore, the factors influencing self-confidence are identified, and practical recommendations for its development are proposed.Downloads
