Abstract

This article investigates the mythopoetic structures underlying folklorism in the poetry of Matnazar Abdulhakim. The study argues that folklorism in his works operates as an aesthetic system that integrates archetypal symbolism, ritual consciousness, and metaphorical abstraction into modern poetic discourse. Rather than functioning as decorative reference to tradition, folkloric elements form the structural core of poetic imagery and philosophical reflection. Through textual analysis, the research reveals how mythological archetypes are transformed into existential metaphors and how oral tradition informs poetic language and composition. The findings demonstrate that Abdulhakim’s poetry exemplifies a creative synthesis of national cultural heritage and contemporary literary innovation.
