A MODEL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ CONFLICT-MANAGEMENT COMPETENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

This article examines the development of conflict management competence as a key component of professional training for future specialists. The author proposes a structural and functional model for developing this competence, including cognitive, emotional-volitional, and behavioral components. Particular attention is paid to the neuropedagogical aspects of self-regulation in conflict situations.
