It is dedicated to the analysis of modern leadership models in primary school management, scientifically studying the impact of transformational, transactional, servant and distributive leadership paradigms on the effectiveness of the educational process. It aims to empirically and theoretically substantiate the complex impact of leadership models used by the leadership of primary schools on students’ academic performance, teachers’ professional motivation and school organizational culture. Methodologically, the study is based on mixed methods, using questionnaires, in-depth interviews and document analysis in an integrative manner. The sample of the study was 240 school principals and teachers from the primary education system of Uzbekistan.Downloads
