Abstract

This article analyzes modern leadership models in primary education management, their theoretical foundations, and practical applications. Transformational, transactional, distributed, and servant leadership models are comparatively examined, highlighting their relevance to the primary education environment. The role of the teacher as a leader, effective classroom management strategies, and criteria for evaluating leadership effectiveness are substantiated. The study also proposes practical mechanisms for effective classroom management based on modern pedagogical technologies and provides scientific and practical recommendations.
