Abstract

This scientific article deeply analyzes the main styles of pedagogical communication - democratic, authoritarian and liberal approaches, and their impact on the psychological development of the student’s personality is scientifically explained. Pedagogical communication is an important component of the educational process, and the effectiveness of interaction between the teacher and the student largely depends on the chosen style of communication. The article analyzes the specific features, advantages and disadvantages of each communication style and reveals their impact on the formation of such qualities in students as motivation, independent thinking, emotional stability and social activity.
