CREATING A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS

Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations for developing a training program aimed at establishing effective communication with parents. It systematically analyzes the stages of defining the goals and objectives of the training, designing the content and modular structure, selecting interactive methods and technologies, and developing assessment and monitoring mechanisms. Particular attention is given to addressing communication challenges that arise in interactions with parents, enhancing teachers’ communicative competencies, and fostering a productive collaborative environment. The findings of the study contribute to improving the effectiveness of working with parents in the educational process.
