The article comparatively examines modern transformations of cognitive-behavioral therapy, the Gestalt approach, existential-humanistic theory, and the psychodynamic school. Additionally, the article scientifically substantiates the effectiveness of innovative technologies used to optimize the counseling process, particularly digital platforms for counseling and integrative methods.
