TECHNOLOGY OF CONSULTATIVE INFLUENCE

Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the psychological counseling process. In particular, the main principles of consultative assistance, the stages of the counseling process, and its structural organization are described. In addition, the issues of organizing effective communication between the psychologist and the client, forming a reliable counseling alliance, and adhering to professional ethical standards in the process of providing psychological assistance are considered. The article also scientifically substantiates the essence of the technology of consultative influence and highlights the importance of key methods used in psychological counseling, such as empathy, active listening, and reflection.
