Improving production management systems based on robotics is one of the key directions in the digital transformation of modern industrial enterprises. This study analyzes the role of robotics, artificial intelligence, and automated control systems in optimizing production processes. The findings indicate that the use of robotic systems in production management contributes to increasing labor productivity, reducing production costs, and improving product quality. In addition, the study examines the possibilities of real-time monitoring, efficient resource allocation, and automatic control of technological processes through intelligent management systems. The results demonstrate that robotics-based management systems play a significant role in enhancing the innovative potential and competitiveness of enterprises. Furthermore, the study analyzes the investment costs associated with system implementation and the necessity of training qualified personnel.
