Abstract

The article comparatively studied the main biometric indicators of the Manzur and Meyer lemon varieties, including the number of leaves, the level and the growth dynamics of branches. According to the results obtained, it was found that the Manzur lemon variety has a high advantage over the control in all vegetative indicators. In particular, its leaf level was 1.5-1.9 times larger, and the final length of its branches was 2 times higher. This indicates that the Manzur variety has high vegetative potential, is fast-growing and is a promising variety for cultivation in local conditions.
