In this thesis investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of conducting propaganda based on problem-bound situations (case studies) to develop the moral and ethical qualities of young military personnel in the modern military environment. The limitations of traditional forms of spiritual and educational propaganda are analyzed, and the necessity of problem- based learning technology in shaping independent thinking, a firm moral stance, and ideological immunity among personnel is substantiated.Downloads
