PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE MUSIC CULTURE TEACHERS

Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical foundations for developing the professional competencies of future music culture teachers. Particular attention is paid to the importance of continuous professional development, the use of innovative pedagogical approaches, interactive teaching methods, modern technologies, and experience-sharing mechanisms in improving the quality of music education. The article also emphasizes the role of professional competence in enabling future teachers to develop students’ musical thinking, creativity, aesthetic perception, and appreciation of cultural values.
