THE NEW UZBEKISTAN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IS A PROMISING PATH FOR SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL REFORMS

Abstract

In the development strategy of the new Uzbekistan, spiritual and cultural reforms will serve as a solid foundation for our promising country to achieve the Third Renaissance.In this regard, our head of state Shavkat Mirziyoyev, while making a separate stop, will dwell on the following: "Strengthening the spiritual foundations of our society, developing the cultural sphere, supporting and encouraging the activities of scientific and creative organizations and our respected intellectuals will also be one of the priority areas for us.”[1]. We need to study our ancient and rich history more deeply, especially the activities of our great ancestors, who, in extremely difficult conditions, boldly promoted the ideals of science and enlightenment, human freedom, people's freedom, love and devotion to the Motherland and national values.
